            I am writing my first blog today in order to address the general concerns that many clients normally come to me with. Sometimes I feel many people have similar challenges and I always wonder how I can reach so many people to help them at once.

               I also have seen many people including parents, teenagers, working professionals, entrepreneurs, side hustlers and even successful business owners, who worry about why they feel they’re working so hard but yet are so frustrated and unhappy in general. Many of them suffer from chronic illnesses like migraine, backaches, colds, sinus infections etc. and even if they take treatment and medications, these still persist. There are others who are addicted to food or gadgets or substances and feel helpless in terms of managing their time to get things done.
